 Wheelshare is new carshare organisation working in the East of Fife

    and Dundee that aims to offer an alternative to private car ownership
    in a bid to cut the costs of motoring to users pockets and the
    environment. Following an inital period of set up Wheelshare is now
    seeking a highly motivated person to increase users and expand our
    unique operation.
     
    Wheelshare Development worker

    Location of job Home working (with support for travel and office
    costs)
    Hours Flexible
    Holiday 21 days annual leave plus 10 days bank holidays pro-rata (16.5
    days total)

    Interview format 10 minute presentation and 15 minute interview
     
    The successful Applicant will be responsible for assisting the
    Wheelshare board to develop car-sharing services in the East Neuk of
    Fife, St Andrews and Dundee. The post holder will also take a lead on
    promoting our car club (brand name Wheelshare) and our complementary
    Rideshare services, which uses vehicles operated by Wheelshare. The
    post holder will help recruit new users both residents and employers
    as well as assist in setting up and maintaining the systems required
    to maintain a safe and reliable operation for our users. The post
    will report to a line manager (from Wheelshare) and be supported by a
    small Development Team that will include representation from the
    project funders – Carplus.
