Grangemouth Transition Town Open Day spreads the word!

The Grangemouth Transition Town project welcomed members of the public to its first Open Day on Saturday 11th September. Project coordinator Ben Williams, who organised the event, summed up a rewarding day.

New permaculture teacher available

James Chapman has started teaching permaculture courses across Scotland.

Permaculture provides the underlying design tools and principles for the Transition Town movement. Rob Hopkins who kick-started the transition model is a permaculture designer and teacher and used his skills to create the Totnes Transition Town.
