Delivery
Resources can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland addresses); this excludes PO Box addresses.
We currently use Royal Mail, recorded delivery service, to deliver and return Transition Scotland resources. This will usually mean delivery by 12 pm next day after we notify you of postage but actual delivery times may vary for you depending on your location and circumstances impacting delivery by the Royal Mail.
Where possible or appropriate we will make arrangements to deliver in person. We will usually send your requested resource 4 days ahead of your event to ensure they arrive at least 48 hours in advance.
Use and Care of Resources
We will make every effort to ensure DVDs and other resources arrive on time and in good condition, though with the best will in the world we can't be held responsible if something has gone wrong.
In the same way, you are considered to be responsible for the resources borrowed from Transition Scotland while in your care and we would like you to return them in the condition you find them (reasonable wear and tear accepted). If you suspect or are aware of any damage to the DVD prior to or after use then please let us know via email at resources@transitionscotland.org.
This ensures we can replace damaged DVDs for future loans. When you request a resource you agree that you will not infringe any rights, including intellectual property rights, of any person, including, without limitation, copying, reproducing, screening, republishing or otherwise modifying any resource provided and comply with the terms of any copyright restrictions indicated on the website and/or displayed on the resource.
Returning Resources
Please return resources by Royal Mail Special Delivery and let us know when to expect them back. Normally we expect a return within 48 hours due to high demand. Ownership rights All resources remain the property of TSS at all times.
How to Book
Please enter your information to the resource booking form and email your request to us at least 4 days before you require the resource to arrive. We will then reply confirming availability.
Please note the availability calendar is a guide only and may on occasion not reflect accurately the availability of a resource.
Cancelations
If you have made a booking and no longer require the resource you requested simply let us know by email as soon as possible and we will make it available again to others.
