Help us create a Transition Technology Handbook

We observe time and time again that seeing solutions in action is the most powerful transformer of hearts and minds. Our good friends at CAT, (Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales) are working with the Carnegie UK Trust to collate their 35 years practical experience and knowledge into a ‘Transition Technology Handbook’.

The Handbook will showcase the technologies and solutions involved in community scale energy projects. And vitally, it will also include the human stories which lie behind the projects: tales of those who kick-started the projects, what their motivations were, their expectations, the barriers they faced and how they overcame them.

We are inviting Transitioners - individuals, families and communities anywhere around the world - to tell the story of their energy projects.

So, if you have a story that could make a difference, send an email with no more than 500 words describing your project direct to Allan Shepherd (allan.shepherd@cat.org.uk): closing date is March 1st.
